Yondo is a task management app operated by TinyLab Apps. We designed Yondo so that your task contents are not sent to our own servers. This Privacy Policy explains what information is stored in the app, what may be processed by third-party services, and the choices available to you.
Yondo stores information you enter or configure in the app, including task titles, priority and importance settings, completion status, creation dates, completion dates, recurring task settings, display order, app preferences, and lock screen wallpaper settings.
If you select a photo for the lock screen wallpaper feature, the selected image is resized and stored locally on your device for that feature. The photo is not intentionally sent to analytics, advertising, or purchase management services.
This information is used to provide Yondo's task management, recurring task, widget, lock screen, export, and settings features.
Yondo may offer iCloud Sync for eligible users. When you enable iCloud Sync, your Yondo task data and related app data may be stored in your private Apple iCloud / CloudKit database so that the data can sync across your devices.
iCloud Sync is controlled by you in the app's settings. Data stored in iCloud is handled by Apple under Apple's terms and privacy policy. Yondo does not operate its own server for your task contents.
Yondo uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand app usage, diagnose product issues, and improve the app. Analytics data may include pseudonymous identifiers, app instance identifiers, device and app information such as device type, OS version, app version, locale, approximate region, and app interaction events.
Examples of app interaction events include onboarding progress, task creation or completion counts, paywall display and purchase-flow events, lock screen setup progress, and feature usage. Yondo does not intentionally send task titles, task contents, selected photos, feedback email contents, or other free-form user text to analytics.
Yondo may also set pseudonymous analytics properties, such as subscription status, onboarding choices, and a RevenueCat anonymous app user identifier, to understand product usage by broad segments.
Yondo uses Firebase Crashlytics to detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and stability issues. Crash reporting data may include crash logs, stack traces, non-fatal error reports, app and device information such as device model, OS version, app version, approximate time of the crash, installation identifiers used by Firebase, and diagnostic logs related to the app state before a crash.
Yondo may attach limited diagnostic values to crash reports, such as app environment, Firebase project identifier, subscription status, onboarding choices, and a RevenueCat anonymous app user identifier. These values help us understand whether an issue affects a particular app version, environment, or broad user segment.
Yondo does not intentionally send task titles, task contents, selected photos, feedback email contents, or other free-form user text to crash reports.
Yondo uses Firebase Performance Monitoring to measure app performance, diagnose latency, and improve reliability. Performance data may include app launch time, network request latency, CPU and memory usage, IP address for approximate geographic segmentation, device and OS information, app version, application identifier, and developer-defined performance traces and metrics.
Yondo does not intentionally include task titles, task contents, selected photos, feedback email contents, or other free-form user text in performance monitoring data.
Yondo may use Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service (APNs) to prepare for and send push notifications. Notification-related data may include APNs device tokens when remote notification registration is enabled, Firebase Cloud Messaging registration tokens, Firebase installation or app instance identifiers, device model, language, time zone, OS version, application identifier, app version, topic subscription information, notification delivery information, and notification interaction events.
Notification interaction events may also be measured through Google Analytics for Firebase to understand notification delivery and engagement. Yondo does not intentionally include task titles, task contents, selected photos, feedback email contents, or other free-form user text in notification tokens, topics, or notification analytics.
Yondo uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat may process purchase history, receipt information, product identifiers, subscription status, entitlement status, device and app information, and a pseudonymous app user identifier.
This information is used to verify purchases, provide access to paid features, prevent fraud, support subscription management, and understand purchase-flow performance.
Yondo may use Google AdMob to serve advertisements and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to collect and manage privacy choices where required by law.
Advertising-related data may include advertising identifiers such as IDFA where permitted, device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, technical device information, ad impressions, ad clicks, consent choices, and diagnostic or performance data.
This information may be used for ad delivery, ad measurement, fraud prevention, analytics, and personalized advertising when allowed by your consent and platform permissions. Where available, you can review or change advertising privacy choices using the in-app privacy options.
If you contact us by email through the feedback option in the app, your email address and the contents of your message will be handled by your email provider and received by us for support purposes.
We use feedback emails to respond to your inquiry, fix issues, and improve the app.
Yondo may share data with third-party services only as needed for app functionality, analytics, crash reporting, diagnostics, performance monitoring, notification delivery, purchase verification, advertising, consent management, fraud prevention, and support. These third parties are expected to provide the same or equal protection of user data as described in this Privacy Policy and required by applicable platform rules.
For more details, please review:
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it in the app or remove the app. iCloud-synced data is handled through Apple's iCloud infrastructure and may remain according to your iCloud settings and Apple's policies.
Analytics, crash reporting, diagnostics, performance monitoring, notification, purchase, advertising, consent, and support data may be retained by the relevant third-party services and by us for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the app, send requested notifications, verify purchases, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, fix crashes, and improve the product.
To request deletion of data that we can reasonably identify and control, contact us at tinylabapps@gmail.com. Because Yondo does not require account registration, we may need additional information, such as your RevenueCat app user identifier or support email context, to locate relevant records.
Yondo is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information handled by Yondo. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The app may open external websites, such as the App Store, privacy policy, terms of service pages, support resources, or third-party service pages. These external websites are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
We may update this Privacy Policy in the future, for example, when new features are added to the app or when third-party services change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
If you have questions or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or Yondo's privacy practices, contact us at tinylabapps@gmail.com.
